## Service policies

- Child seats are available; clients may request a specific infant or child seat to be purchased, installed and supplied at its current market cost
- A 50% deposit reserves a day trip and is fully refundable until 48 hours before pickup
- Day-trip cancellations within 48 hours, but before the day of travel, have a $100 fee; same-day cancellations have a fee equal to 25% of the total trip price
- Airport cancellations remain flexible and are handled case by case, especially when flights are canceled
